            Civil Rights Attorney Leo James Terrell, will file a lawsuit against the County of Los Angeles and individual Los Angeles County Sheriffs on Tuesday June 29, 2010 on behalf of Mitrice Richardson, Latice Sutton and the Estate of Mitrice Richardson.  Mitrice Richardson and Latice Sutton will be suing the County of Los Angeles and individual Los Angeles County Sheriffs for the negligent and discriminatory acts that caused Mitrice Richardson to be missing from September 17, 2009 until the present. 

            A press conference will be held on Tuesday June 29, 2010 at 10:00a.m. in front of the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration located at 500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.  Attorney Leo James Terrell will be joined by Latice Sutton, the mother of Mitrice Richardson, to discuss the nature of the lawsuit against the County of Los Angeles and individual County of Los Angeles Sheriffs.
